Kevin Linder graduated from the University of Illinois at Springfield in 1985 and obtained his J.D. degree from University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1992. He then practiced law in Missouri before being admitted to the Illinois bar in 1994. He is a former financial planner, which helps him deal with complicated financial issues in bankruptcy, divorce and disability cases. From his law office in Springfield, he represents clients throughout central Illinois, including Springfield, Decatur, Jacksonville and Lincoln. Kevin has appeared in courts throughout central Illinois and in Chicago and Missouri.
Kevin is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Bankruptcy Association of Southern Illinois, National Association of Disability Examiners (NADE), the National Organization of Social Security Claimants & Representatives (NOSSCR), and the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR).
Kevin teaches continuing legal education classes for other lawyers in Foreclosures and Repossessions, Social Security Disability Law, Handling the Bankruptcy Estate, and Landlord Tenant Law/Bankruptcy.
